Police in Philadelphia have arrested five teenagers aged between 14 and 15; accused of raping a 12-year-old girl at a busy recreation center.
The teenagers have all been charged with rape, simple assault and other offences. Because they are all juveniles, authorities have declined to identify them. Read more…
