North Dakota Woman Calls Cops To Report Her Wallet Stolen By Her Drug Dealer During A Drug Deal

Drug Deal

A Bismarck woman says an acquaintance stole her wallet during a drug deal.

Bismarck Police Sgt. Mark Buschena said a 41-year-old Bismarck woman reported at 9:09 p.m. Wednesday that she had gone to a basement laundry room in an apartment building on the 300 block of West Interstate Avenue to meet a man with whom she was acquainted and buy drugs. Both the woman and her acquaintance are described in the police report as homeless.

Buschena said the woman reported she took out her wallet, and a $100 bill was visible among her cash. She said the acquaintance took her wallet and left. He was last seen going north on Washington Street.

Responding officers did not find the man in the area, Buschena said.
