Tony Scott was diagnosed with inoperable brain cancer before his tragic suicide.
As investigations continue into Sunday’s apparent suicide of director Tony Scott; ABC News is reporting that an unnamed source disclosed that the Top Gun director had been diagnosed with inoperable brain cancer.
The 68 year old younger brother of popular movie director, Ridley Scott, jumped from the Vincent Thomas Bridge in San Pedro, California yesterday Sunday August 19th at about 12.30pm.
He had left a ‘contact list’ in his car – a list of people he wanted notified immediately of his death.
Scott’s last film as a director was 2010’s Unstoppable. He is survived by his wife, Donna Wilson Scott, and their twin sons, Frank and Max.
