Doctors remove live spider from woman’s ear.
In China’s Changsha Central Hospital, a woman arrived with complaints of an itchy ear and after being examined, it was discovered that a small spider had crawled into her ear canal and had been living there for the past 5 days!
Luckily for the lady, she had not stuck anything in her ear to scratch her itch as that would have pushed the spider further into her ear canal. As a result, Dr. Liu Sheng and his colleagues were able to remove the spider by pouring saline solution into her canal – allowing the spider to leave on its own.
If that was me, I’d freak out!
