Cuba Gooding Jnr wanted by New Orleans police for allegedly assaulting a female bartender.
The New Orleans Police have issued an arrest warrant for Cuba Gooding Jr. following an altercation at a bar in the early hours of this morning where he allegedly shoved a female bartender.
Confirming the warrant, Police spokeswoman Remi Braden said he is wanted for municipal battery.
Cuba allegedly became agitated and started swearing when patrons of the Old Absinthe House on Bourbon Street, recognized him began taking photos. When the female bartender approached the actor and asked him to leave, he allegedly pushed her up against the wall.
Police are now under orders to arrest Cuba on sight.
