A fellow subway passenger captured on video, the moment a passenger raised an alarm just as she was groped by a man who has now been identified as 30 year old Victor Sigler.
The video shows outraged subway passengers preventing the suspect from leaving the train, getting him into a headlock, dragging him out of the train and immobilizing him on the platform until police arrived and cuffed him.
He was charged with forcible touching and released on $1,500 bail. He will appear in court on Thursday.
